Surgical Education Fellowship Director
Cara Liebert, MD, FACS
Dr. Liebert is the Associate Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Surgery and the Program Director of the Goodman Surgical Education Fellowship.
Dr. Liebert is a board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Surgery. In addition to her roles above, Dr. Liebert is also an Associate Program Director for the General Surgery Residency Program, Associate Site Director for the General Surgery Residency Program at VA Palo Alto, Director of the Balance in Life Program, and Associate Program Director for the Advanced GI/MIS Fellowship at VA Palo Alto.

Center Curriculum Director
Dana Lin, MD
Dr. Lin is the Curriculum Director of the Goodman Surgical Education Center.
Dr. Lin is a fellowship-trained endocrine surgeon who specializes in surgery of the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. In addition to her roles above, Dr. Lin is also an Associate Program Director for the General Surgery Residency Program and Director of the Parathyroid Center within the Endocrine Oncology Program at Stanford.
