Part Task Training
For learning particular tasks and skills, it is only necessary to replicate specific portions of the patient and/or specific portions of the task. Part-task trainers provide the key elements of the task or skill being learned for the level of the learner. In the Goodman Simulation Center we use the following task trainers:
- Endovascular
- Colonscopy/endoscopy
- Laproscopic
- Bronchoscopy
- Central Line and IV catheter trainers
- Ultrasound
- Skin pads for suturing… and more
